Staff Shane Bornstein

Shane began his career as an Associate at Bornstein & Emanuel, P.C. in 2017, where he handles cases involving nursing home neglect, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and labor law. Shane pursued his undergraduate degree at American University in Washington, DC(’14) and his legal degree at St. John’s University (’17). While at St. John’s, he was the President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society.

Shane is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association where he is a member of and actively participates in the New Lawyers Committee and the Elder Law Committee.

Outside of his legal career, Shane has worked as a personal trainer where he helped clients meet their fitness goals.
